This site has been set up to cover all aspects of football refereeing matters such as the the game in general, laws, referee performance standards and the various systems that go with that. The site is in its infancy but well worth a look.

Steve Bernard Foundation
The Steve Bernard Foundation Ltd was formed following the tragic passing of the affectionately named Stevie in November 2005.

The foundation aims to mirror Stevie’s desire to bring sporting happiness to those around him and is to distribute money evenly between the PE departments of Bournemouth School and St Marks Junior School and Victoria Road Tennis Club. These clubs and departments have been selected as they were those with which Steve held a particular affinity.
