It's Poole Town v Dorchester Town in the Dorset Senior Cup Final

Poole Town will play Dorchester Town in the final of the Dorset Senior Cup.

Poole’s dramatic 3-2 extra time victory over Wimborne Town on Tuesday night put the Dolphins into the final and last night (Wednesday 11 March) Dorchester Town joined them after they disposed of Sherborne Town 3-1 in the other semi-final.

Tommy Killick’s runaway Wessex Premier League leaders will be the underdogs against their Blue Square South opponents but Dorchester have struggled this season and are currently 18th in their league.

It’s a game that promises to be a cracker and one which Killick, a former Dorchester player, will be relishing.
